Mixed, Salted Nuts—no peanuts

Coffee, Tea, Green tea, Red wine.
4-8, 8oz glasses of filtered water each day. Avoid soft plastic bottles.

There are many "foods" which are bad for your health. But these 10 can not be tolerated ever if you want to be healthy. This list was developed with the help of Dr. Joel Wallach, Dr. Peter Glidden, Dr. Jennifer Daniels. It is not only a matter of gluten. But there are other chemicals in these product which destroy healthy cells. The purpose of avoiding these foods is to reduce cellular inflammation.
The 10 Bad Foods are:
1. Wheat - whole wheat, flour, bread, pasta, sauces, pizza, baked goods, crackers, cookies, cakes, etc. You must be careful because often flour is added to ice creams, yogurt, creams, gravies, soups, condiments, animal feeds, dog and cat foods, etc. as a thickener.
2. Barley - beer, soups, whiskey, etc.
3. Rye - bread, bourbon, whiskey, etc.
4. Oats - cereals, breads, cookies, etc. Contrary to popular opinion often oat products are contaminated by being in the same factory as other grains.
5. Cooking Oils - sunflower oil, corn oil, olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil, coconut oil, margarine, etc. Oils are unstable. The produce damaging free radicals. Oils are rancid. They are rotten. Through chemical processes they are made so that the consumer will not notice the rancidity, the rotten color and the rotten smell.
6. Fried Foods - chicken, meats, stir frys, french fries, onion rings, etc. When food is heated it produces free radicals. Free radicals damage cells.
7. Nitrates / Nitrites - cold cuts, bacon, processed ham, etc.
8. Potato Skins - Skins of potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes
9. Burned Fats / Well Done Meats - barbeque, char broiled steaks, etc. makes free radicals
10. Carbonated Drinks - soft drinks, bottled water, beer, champagne, etc. around meal time. This will neutralize the acids in the stomach that are necessary to absorb nutrition.
